Formal dining area with dining table and seating for six, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and nook, cot & high chair (no extra cost), utility area with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, walk-in closet to each bedroom, ceiling fans in great room, all bedrooms,& also on lanai, hairdryer in each bathroom. Portable CD player/TV/radio, fully stocked with bath and beach towels and all bed linens, gas BBQ, glass topped patio table on lanai providing 'al fresco' dining for six, also resin patio table with umbrella & matching chairs, cushioned sun loungers,& side tables, games room - dartboard, table tennis set (for 2008), cool box, beach chairs and umbrella, and so much more! Everything in fact to make your holiday complete!
