South Lake Tahoe House Summary
Our Lake Tahoe Home is newly renovated and furnished. The Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and hardwood flooring in the kitchen, dining and living room areas. In the morning, you could enjoy your coffee on the large upper deck while taking in the fresh air and beautiful mountain views. At night, you could relax in the new hot tub located on the lower deck. The living room has a gas fireplace, a flat screen HDTV with HBO and DirecTV, stereo system, DVD/VCR, i-pod docking station all connected to a Bose surround sound system. The downstairs family room has a gas fireplace, 36 inch TV, DVD/VCR, and nintendo Wii all connected to a Bose surround sound system. The Master Bedroom has a TV, stereo, DVD/VCR, Computer, Printer and Fax. All the other Bedrooms also have TV's and VCR's. The loft is located above the kitchen and has a full size futon.The house is WIFI enabled.

On the lower deck, there is a new 8 person Marquis hot tub that overlooks the mountains and is protected from the rain and snow. The upper deck, has outdoor furniture (depending on the season) and a gas BBQ grill, that is located off of the living room area. The house has a two car garage and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The Master bedroom is equipped with a computer, printer and fax. The house is fully connected to the internet with both WIFI and wired connections. The 2nd phone line is ready for your vontage device, should you decide to bring it on your vacation, and never miss a call. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a delicious dinner, calphalon pots, baking and roasting pans, Kitchen Aid blender, Krups coffee/espresso maker, ice maker, and toaster. Linens, bath and beach towels are provided along with beach chairs.
