Notes: On the lower deck, there is a new 8 person Marquis hot tub that overlooks the mountains and is protected from the rain and snow. The upper deck, has outdoor furniture (depending on the season) and a gas BBQ grill, that is located off of the living room area. The house has a two car garage and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The Master bedroom is equipped with a computer, printer and fax. The house is fully connected to the internet with both WIFI and wired connections. The 2nd phone line is ready for your vontage device, should you decide to bring it on your vacation, and never miss a call. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a delicious dinner, calphalon pots, baking and roasting pans, Kitchen Aid blender, Krups coffee/espresso maker, ice maker, and toaster. Linens, bath and beach towels are provided along with beach chairs.
