Anaheim House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Cancellation within 60 days forfeits deposit. Full payment must be received NO LATER than 60 days prior to stay.
(Holidays & Peak Season bookings have a 90 day cancellation policy/75 days for payment in full/ 4 night minimum)
All utilities, fees, parking and taxes are included in the $645 per night price.
(pending on availability, we may be able to accommodate 3 night stays - check with owner)
10 person maximum per stay
Cashier's check, Money Order, PayPal (Paypal charges 3.5%, 5% international).
Check in at 3pm, check out at 11am. These times are specific and need to be adhered. If you need to make a change, contact the owner and check in/out times may be changed at owner's digression only.
$700 deposit reserves dates, then acts as a fully refundable security deposit.
This home is for family stays ONLY. It is not for parties, reunions or meetings.
Any and all guests spending time in the home must be on the rental contract for insurance reasons. - $645 per night/ $695 peak/holiday 4 night minimum
Spring break, Summer June 1st - September 3rd, Oct & ALL Holidays, holiday weeks and December are $695
$700 booking/security deposit,
*$250 standard cleaning fee,
Optional add ons: Pool Heating $35 per day, 'Ready for the Park' Package $595, grocery shop only $75
