San Carlos Condo Details
Travel: San Carlos is about a 6 l/2 hour drive from Tucson, AZ and about an 8 hour drive from Phoenix, AZ. If driving, you will need a passport or birth certificate to get a valid Mexican visitors visa (free for less than 7 day, about $20 for six months) and to return to the United States. Bus service is also available from Arizona cities to Guaymas, Mexico, which is about five miles from Bahia Delfin. There are daily flights from Phoenix, Arizona to Guaymas, Mexico on America West Airlines.
More info about San Carlos: San Carlos has long been a vacation destination for families, fishermen, scuba divers and beach and ocean lovers. Many Americans and Canadians have gone to visit and stayed to retire in the area. There is a fresh fruit and vegetable stand in San Carlos and several large and small grocery stores in Guaymas and San Carlos. There's also an ATM at the bank, medical doctors, dentists, message therapists and art galleries. English is spoken in most restaurants and businesses. Bottled water and ice are available for purchase at the condo office.
