This beautiful 'vacation get-away' condo is located in a fabulous Phoenix complex. Sitting on the balcony you see a breathtaking view of the Gulf and the Perdido Pass. The fishing boats, pleasure yachts, and sailboats can all be seen coming and going through the pass. This is a wonderful sight to see while sitting on your own personal balcony sipping your morning coffee or afternoon beverage. There is an indoor as well as a large outdoor beachfront pool There are lighted tennis courts, basketball court, hot tub, sauna, a fully equipped exercise room, gazebo, and grills if you like to barbeque. The condo has a beautifully furnished living room and charming dining room which overlooks the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with every convenience. It has one bath and a beautiful bedroom that has a comfortable king-size bed with a TV and DVD player. It is a perfect romantic get-away and is also wonderful vacation destination for families of four.
