Cancellations
A request to cancel a reservation must be submitted in writing. If the property is re-rented for the full rental amount, the deposit, less 16% of the gross rent, will be returned to the guest. If the property is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the entire deposit will be forfeited. If guest has not checked in within 24 hours of the check-in date, Agent may cancel the agreement and guest will forfeit all rental monies paid. -
Making a Reservation
Reservations require a one-third confirmation deposit to reserve the property, which includes the rental insurance fee, applicable taxes. A lodging agreement will be mailed to the Guest upon receipt of the required deposit. Guest must return a signed copy of the Agreement within ten days or we reserve to right to cancel the agreement and re-rent the property.
Balance Due
The balance of rent is due 30 days prior to check-in date.
Check-in
Check-in time is between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. at the location noted on the lodging agreement. The keys and other pertinent property items will be released to the guest that signed the lodging agreement, providing the rental balance is paid in full. Said guest must also occupy the premises for the duration of the agreement and will be responsible for all occupants of the premises for the duration of the agreement.

This home includes a well-stocked kitchen, 3 TV's, a bonus morning room extending the kitchen and living space, with a great breakfast bar, sofa, and 56' HDTV. Electronic dart board in the garage. Outdoor pool overlooks the bay and one of the private beaches. It has a graduated concrete beach entrance and is only 4 1/2 feet deep.
