In addition, there are 3 living/family rooms, one library, a baby grand piano, 2 rooftop porches, 2 kitchens one of which has double appliances (with three refrigerators), 2 swimming pools, 215 feet of ocean front and 1.5 acres of home site, and flat-panel LCD TVs in every bedroom and in the kitchen and family rooms. The beach is very clean, rock-free, and not very crowded, even on weekends. AN ABSOLUTE OCEAN FRONT PARADISE.
