South Walton Condo Summary
When you step into my condo, you know you have entered into a luxurious and meticulously kept home. Yet this home is child friendly, as I have grandchildren. Upscale furnishings abound, but comfort prevails. Three bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths are inside. A large living room with large wall-mounted 37' plasma TV awaits you upon entering. A large oversized daybed (cleverly disguised as a sofa) can accommodate two people should you need extra sleeping quarters. The lanai just off the living room is 30+ long with window boxes full of blooming flowers.
The back room/study is equipped with TV, DVD, VHS, and wireless hookup, so bring your computer. Also in the study is a loveseat which makes a twin bed - just right for a small child.( My granddaughter loves this bed because it's just across the hall from Nana's master.
