Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates listed in U.S. dollars and subject to change. The 12% tax will be added into the final total
- A 50% deposit is required within 14 days of confirming with owner that you would like to book the home. The remainder is required 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations that occur 91 days prior to the arrival date are fully refundable. Cancellations between 61-90 days of arrival are subject to a 50% surcharge of the rental (essentially the deposit is forfeited). Cancellations between 31-60 days of arrival are subject to a 75% surcharge of the rental. Cancellations less than 30 days of arrival are subject to a 100% surcharge of the rental. Bookings made for one of the two peak weeks (mid-December to early January) are not refundable at all regardless of time of cancellation. The Owners will work with the renters to rebook them at some other time if they have to cancel for some reason and have to forfeit all (peak weeks) or a portion of their deposit (depending on date of cancellation) for the current stay booked. Owners will with the renter to find alternate dates.
- During high season, the weekly cost per person is approximately $350 based on full occupancy (8 people) . At half occupancy (4 people) during high season, the weekly cost per person is approximately $620. Peak season per person costs are slightly higher and low season costs are much lower.
