Only 2 miles from the bridge you are minutes from shopping, restaurants and Topsail Island's exclusive fishing pier. This vacation home includes every amenity from big screen TVs to an outdoor shower. With two large back decks there's room for everyone to enjoy the panoramic views while eating out or just sitting back and sipping margaritas. This is one of the few rentals on the island that has a kitchen table that seats 10 people, allowing everyone to eat together indoors.

  • First Level: There are four bedrooms with two baths on this level and a hallway that leads out onto a deck with steps down to the beach. The first two bedrooms are located on the street side. One of these bedrooms has a view of the ocean. Both have a bunk bed with a twin bed on top and full size bed underneath. Bedroom 3 and 4 are located on the ocean side; each has an adjoining bathroom, a queen bed and sliding doors that open up onto a large deck with stairs leading down to the sand. All four rooms have a TV with DVD player. Second Level: This level has windows all along the ocean side with sliding glass doors that open up to an ocean front deck that leads to the beach. The living room has a sofa bed, flat screen TV, DVD player and a stereo. The master bedroom is located off the living room on the street side with a beautiful ocean view from the side window and a flat screen TV. Guests of this room will enjoy a large beautiful bathroom with a jetted tub and a huge walk-in closet.

Kitchen Utensils and Appliances: The kitchen has a table that seats ten and all steel appliances. There is a refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, built-in microwave, blender, coffee maker and toaster. All utensils included. Off the kitchen is a half bathroom and full size washer and dryer.

Linens and towels: Linens and towels are not included. Insurance is not included. Linen rentals are available through our housekeepers, please ask for details.
