A 2 level penthouse on the Blvd. Kukulcan at Km 9.1, near the center of Punta Cancun, next to the Forum shopping center of the Hard Rock Cafe, near Carlos and Charlie's, the Rain Forest, Daddyo's, and Hooters. Walk out the lobby to the beach. Enjoy the view from the balcony of the beautiful Caribbean ocean. Only a short 25 minute drive to the airport, 10 minutes into the city of Cancun, or drive the Mayan coastline to Playa del Carmen, to catch the ferry boat to Cozumel, or further down to Tulum to see the Mayan ruins. Golf is nearby, at Pok Ta Pok golf club, a Robert Trent Jones course meandering along the lagoon and the Caribbean, and further South is a Jack Nicklaus course, on the lagoon side. There is a kiosk at the condo for making plans for excursions to Isla Mujeres, and Xcaret, and Chichen-itza.

This Penthouse condo is located in the Salvia building at Boulevard Kukulcan Km 9.1 at the Punta Cancun, next to the Forum shopping area. Cancun is shaped as a number 7, with the city of Cancun at the top left of the 7, Punta Cancun at the junction of the top and side, and Club Med and the Westin Hotel at the entrance to the Hotel Zone, at the bottom of the long leg of the 7. Given that kilometers is the measure of distance in Mexico, the center of the Hotel zone is at about 8.5 Km, for instance 20.5 Km is 12 kilometers or 7.2 miles away.

- Add 10.00 USD per person per night for over 5 people. Cancellation policy: you can make a 10% deposit to hold the unit for 30 days, at which time full payment or 90% is paid. Up to 30 days the 10% will be refunded. The 90% will be refunded up to 90 days before arrival, so the 10% will not be refunded after 30 days. Any bookings made with less than 90 days before arrival will have no refund. It is advised that if you have concern about needing to cancel you can purchase trip insurance for this from a trip insurance agent.
- Each unit is prepared for occupancy during the hours of noon to 4 pm. Arrivals are from 4 pm and departures are for noon. If the room is ready before this time you can occupy earlier on the day of arrival, at the discretion of the front desk. Luggage can be kept in the lobby till the room is prepared. There are two beach towels per room per day from 9 am till 3 pm, with return.

- There is a king size bed and a double bed in the upper level. The lower level has a sofa sleeper that is a double and a futon sleeper that makes into a bed by pulling out the lower level and raising it. This also makes it into a lounge chair for more than one person.
