Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Maid service is provided every day without extra charge.
- 1. A reservation can be made with a $200.00 US deposit up until 8 weeks before arrival then full payment is due. If a reservation needs to be cancelled then$180 is returned, except when canceling within 8 weeks of arrival, then there is no refund.
2. A Security deposit for any damage or breakage is $100 and it is fully refundable upon clearance by the condo management. - Each unit is prepared for occupancy during the hours of noon to 4 pm. Arrivals are from 4 pm and departures are for noon. If the room is ready before this time you can occupy earlier on the day of arrival, at the discretion of the front desk. Luggage can be kept in the lobby till the room is prepared. There are two beach towels per room per day from 9 am till 3 pm, with return. I have another separate unit next door, PH3A, that can be rented together or by itself. Using both can accommodate larger groups.

- There is a king size bed and a double bed in the upper level. The lower level has a sofa sleeper that is a double and a futon sleeper that makes into a bed by pulling out the lower level and raising it. This also makes it into a lounge chair.
