Hall Bath with Marble Surround Shower/Tub and Counters just steps away. Both beds have Down Feather Beds, Comforters and pillows. All Bed linens are high quality Ralph Lauren. Baths have nice towels too! Trundle in Great room has 2 twins or they can be made as a King. Sofa in Family is a sofa bed and could sleep 2. There are 3 Live Music Venues only a short walk from the house they include the Adobe Bar in the Taos Inn, The Alley Cantina and Eske's Brew Pub. Shadows Sports Bar and EL Monte Sagrado are a 1 minute drive from the house! If you want to venture further out try the Old Blinking Light! Walk to local artists galleries including Ed Sandoval, RC Gorman and JD Challenger. The house is right around the corner from the UNM satellite campus in Taos, Across the street from the Public Library, 2 blocks from Kit Carson Park and the City Performing Arts Center.

Huge Slices of Pizza! ,Try their Basil- Parmesan Vinigtette Dressing --Ed Sandovals Studio de Colores- If you enjoy his work by the Great room fireplace stop by and let him know you're staying at Martha & Jay's Buffalo Gal Casita ! --Montes Chow Cart on Paseo Pueblo De Sur- Order one of their Breakfast Burritos with Green Chili and You'll be in Heaven! --Stop by and See Lindsay at his Horse Feathers on Kit Carson Rd. Try on a vintage pair of Cowboy Boots or just enjoy chatting with him
Ski: We hope due to El Nino to have a great 2009-2010 ski season!. Quick drive from the house, road up to Ski Valley maintained and plowed by the Ski Valley. Park your car in one of the Ski Valley Parking Lots and wait for the shuttle to take you directly to the Ticket office! Reasonable Life tickets, No lines - Lots of terrain for every ski level!. Buy a Taos card in the main office to ski 6 days get a 7th free!
