Be one of the first to stay at our lovely new condo and enjoy its convenient location, amenities and designer finishes: travertine floors (bedrooms are carpeted), granite countertops, stainless steel tiled backsplash, stainless steel appliances, full size range and microwave, fully equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer. The living room comes with an overstuffed leather sectional couch, a 52' HDTV with DVD player, and a remote controlled fireplace that adds to the cozy ambiance. The bedrooms each have a walk in closet and dresser along with queen beds made with down blankets and overstuffed pillows. The heated and pool and jacuzzi are located just off of your patio, the pool also makes a great view from your living room. The condo is especially secure as it comes with its own security alarm system and keyless entry, the entry is recoded after each guest.

Next to ASU is the Mill Avenue District which is the entertainment center of Phoenix, this district is filled with live music, shopping, festivals and popular night life. While there stroll to the 25 acre Tempe Beach Park where you can enjoy aquatic activities and inline skating. Want to see Scottsdale? The drive is only a few minutes and you will be at the Scottsdale Waterfront District. You will be amazed by the incredible dining choices and endless shopping, the variety will suit anyone's taste. If year round golf is your game, go to one of the beautiful 15 courses in a 5 mile radius. Looking for more adventure? try rock climbing or mountain biking on the nearby mountains. If you still have time check out the Tempe Zoo and the Desert Botanical Gardens, both are within a 10 minute drive. Tempe has it all! Come and experience our beautiful city.
