Entire house is fully shuttered. Large Swimming pool with walk-in kiddie area, changing room w/shower, thatched hut overlooks pool. ALso, thatched hut on beach. walkway to beach. Large hydraulic three-stop elevator. Boat house on creek (about 1/2 mile creek frontage) Boardwalk over small lake leading to private peninsula. Also, kitchen window overlooks pond usually with lots of birds around. Large screened in room off main dining/living area. Seating for 14.
The property is VERY secluded and a wonderful place if you love nature. An abundance of wildlife.
Pretty white sandy beach 1/4 mile long, shallow water for about 4-500' out, no undertow, and pool and tiki hut are directly on the beach, so if you have children playing on the beach you are close by whether in the pool, on the upper decks, in the living
