It is a private community enjoying miles of fine sandy beach with the backdrop of romantic wind swept dunes and the warm gentle waters of the ocean's bay side. The cottage is a beautiful summer home with a roof deck affording a dramatic ocean view, and is just steps from the private sandy beach. It offers a large private safe yard with a nice play area for children. Accommodations sleep 10 people in 3 bedrooms. It has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room areas, washer dryer, a fireplace, cable TV/wireless broadband. Bird life seen from the house includes Great Blue Heron, Egret, Swans, Bufflehead, Merganser, Plover. Close to Rock Port, Rocky Neck Art Colony, whale watching tours, downtown dining, etc. 45 minutes to Boston. Location
