This is a beautiful Mountain Cottage that is new, beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious with over 3600 sq ft for you and your family to enjoy! Mountain luxury that is rare to find in a rental house. What would you like in your own mountain get-away? This one has it all.
The location is perfect- just outside the city limits but far enough away that there is privacy, quiet, and mountain peace. If you want to go to the ski slopes, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, then they are all within a mere 20 minutes from this cabin. ASU and Boone are just 10 minutes from the cottage.
The living room has a stacked stone fireplace with gas logs, Brazilian hardwood floors, & beautiful furniture. The adjoining kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a fully stocked cooking area

Bedtroom 2 upstairs also has a Dormer Bench with a built in oversized upholstered window seat (44 W x 66 L) that can accomodate a small child / toddler. The Loft has a Full Sized Futon that is quite comfortable. The Basement/Gameroom is just a great spacious hangout area that is great for the older kids to slumber in or a private retreat. A queen size air mattress is provided. There is a full bathroom for your convenience and privacy.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with luxury pillow-top mattress and joins the porch from its own entrance. Lounge in bed and enjoy the view. The large bath has both tub and separate shower lined with Italian tiles and matching floor.
The upper floor has two bedrooms with adjoining bath.
Location, Location, Location-
What to do at this cabin - want to hike? No need to go find a trail. This house is on a private road that can be hiked for miles and miles while only occasionally seeing a car or another person.
Golf? Again you could hike to the very well-groomed Mountain Aire and Boone 18 hole golf courses with lakes and beautiful mountain scenery. Or, hop in your car and go to the all day marathon a near-by Sugar Golf.
Swimming? You are so close to the Watauga River where you can rent a lawn chair raft, canoe, or just plain old inner tube and meander down the river for a couple hours. So slow and wonderful you could take a picnic and stop in the fields for a bit.
