Double bookings!!: This property is extremely in demand due to the reasonable rates, the best views of the mountains, and a 5 minutes walk to dc ranches 'market street'. There are times when several renters want the same week. The only way I can be fair in deciding who receives that week is the following. The first person with their contract, and all required monies in first receives that week..

Golf: Scottsdale.. Do I need to say any more? Over 200 golf courses in Scottsdale Alone! This is a golfers paradise. Our Townhome is at Thompson Peak, and Pima. Google it and find out how close you are to your dream courses.
