- We accept the following payments: Credit cards, cashier's check, money order, personal checks. Personal checks must clear 14 days prior to arrival. A 50% deposit is required to hold the property and must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations must be submitted 30 days before arrival date for a full refund, minus a $50.00 cancellation and processing fee. A cleaning fee of $100.00 is additional and is required.
