Winter Fun !: Winter - With the TONS of snow we receive, there are plenty of snow activities to choose from.. here are a few... snowball fights, snowman making, snow forts, snow shoeing, x-c skiing, snowmobiling, downhill skiing. Go out and get your cheeks all rosy and come in and have some hot cocoa ! No pets on the property, anytime, not even to visit.

Ski: Over 200 inches of snow fall in Grand Traverse County every Winter, we can't always predict when, so be ready for it almost anytime... ! Could be in November or March ( or April ) But pretty good chance for Dec, Jan, and Feb - that we will be covered in white when you get here.. even if it's green 'downstate' ... We are close to Holiday Hills for great Family Skiing, Beginner/Intermediate Skiing, Snowboarding, and Snow Tubing. Muncie Lakes Pathway is a nicely marked and groomed X-C skiing , snowshoeing and hiking trail system a few miles away. Timber Ridge nearby has x-c ski and snowshoe rentals and lighted trails that hook up with our VASA trails. The bigger hills.... Crystal Mtn and Shuss & Shanty Creek are about 45-60 minutes away .
Golf: Would you rather stay 'off the beaten path' and Golf a different place everyday, or get in a few hours of fishing after the back nine ? Why stay in a hotel room when you and 3 other couples can feel cozy and at home on the lake.. When you are here, you will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, but will have easy access to 'town' and all the Golf Courses in the area - and there are lots !
