Sunriver House Summary
This magnificent home has it all. Granite counter tops, hard wood floors, private deck off guest room, large living room and kitchen. The master bedroom has an attached kids room through French doors so you can be close. There are 4 stories to this house so each bedroom is fairly large and has its own space and privacy, which you rarely see. There is also 3 fireplaces, game room, bikes, double garage, foos ball, ping pong table, pantry, kitchen nook and so much more.
We are perfectly located, and are centrally located to the popular Fort Rock park, the mall, river and pool and tennis courts. We offer free passes to the pools and tennis courts. Hope to hear from you soon.

Sunriver Village is a summer and winter resort where you can go to the local park, hiking, bike riding (we have 35 miles of biking trails) river rafting with canoes available for rent, horseback riding, golfing, skiing, snowmobiling, summer festivals, and ponds. We also have 2 grocery stores, antique stores, furniture, clothing, rentals for skis and other activities.

- Each bedroom has their own floor with the exception of the first floor. The master bedroom is huge with it's own fireplace and a attached children's room through French doors with twin beds. The third floor has a queen room with its own private attached deck. The 4th floor has 2 sets of bunk beds.
