Wareham Cottage Details
Rental Reservation Agreement: The responsible occupant must be 25 years of age or older. Renter shall pay the owner the rental rate of $________per week for a period of seven days, from Saturday at 1:00 PM, and terminating on Saturday at 10:00AM in the morning. Tax Rate 5%. Renter shall pay the owner the rental in advance as follows: Good faith deposit of $200.00 per week at time of booking, plus $300.00 security deposit. Balance due in full 90 days prior to rental. Pets: A $100.00 pet cleaning fee will be charged for the allowance of Dogs. Cats are not permitted.
