Guest Comfort: The Hideaway makes everyone feel right at home. There is a TV area in the second loft for the children. There are books, games and toys for all ages. There is a second TV area in the Family room located in the basement. The Family room has comfort in mind, with large comfy furniture, a TV and DVD player for your use and a futon for an extra sleeping area.
Explore Our County: We are located in Patrick County, just outside Fairy Stone State Park. There are walking and hiking trails, horseback riding, swimming, boating, fishing and hunting. The Smith River and Dan River are both located in Patrick County and offer some great trout fishing. (license required) The Blue Ridge Parkway is a great area to explore by bicycle, motorcycle or car.
