Our exquisitely furnished and fully air-conditioned condo features 42' LCD TV and two Queen-size sleeper sofas in the living room, dining table, a King-size bed and 26' LCD TV in the bedroom and a fully equipped open-design kitchen with filtered water and ice maker. Other amenities include a large common beach front pool, beach chairs and a cooler for the beach.. No matter what brings you, one thing is certain, once you get here you'll never want to leave.

In addition it only takes you about 15-20 min. to get to the airport or to Dutch Philipsburg and French Marigot, the two capitals. The island of St. Maarten has something for everybody, whether you want to relax or you like an active vacation. There are over 30 beaches from quiet to lively. Policies:: We require a 30% down payment to secure a reservation, the remaining balance is due in full 60 days prior to arrival. In case of a cancellation, we fully refund your payments up to 90 days prior to arrival. For cancellations with 60 days notice we charge 30%, with 30 days notice 50% as a cancellation fee.
