- The property is available for rent on a weekly basis at the posted rates. Normal check-in day is a Saturday, however inquire as to availability if you require a different day or require extra days. The cleaning charge is included, however a deposit of $250 is required in advance. The deposit will be refunded provided nothing has been damaged and nothing other than normal cleaning is required.

PLEASE NOTE! The property is presently available for an extended or long-term rental up to twelve months at special rates. The normal summer rate of $1800 per month has been REDUCED to $1500 per month. For rentals of two weeks or longer, there will be an additional charge of $75 per month for cleaning.

The second bedroom is on the opposite side of the house and also overlooks the lake to the rear. The second bathroom and den are also in this part of the house.

The University Parkway Mall, BJ's, and a new Target superstore are just minutes away in one direction and a Sam's Club and Super Wal-Mart in the other direction. The Prime Outlets Mall is approx. 20 minutes up the freeway on I-75. Prime Outlets is the the largest outlet mall in western Florida with over 130 stores including many top quality brand names such as Ralph Lauren, Saks Fifth Avenue, Liz Claiborne, Brooks Brothers, Nike and many more.
