- The Rental Includes 4 hours of Daily Maid Service: house cleaning, and laundry. This is provided 6 days a week, except on Sundays , Holidays and The Holiday Weeks of Xmas, New Years and Easter (where services are reduced due to staff capacity)
- A deposit made 60 days in advance requires a 50% payment at time of booking. Less than 60 days requires full payment. Up to a 50% refund may available for cancellations 30 days prior to arrival date. No refund is available for reservations of less than 1 week

Beachfront Golf: As with all Beachfront Properties Rentals, Renters of 'Adventura Osada' will have golf privileges at Papagayo Golf and Country Club at reduced rates. Daily space is limited to 4 rounds of golf and subject to availability. See your Beachfront representative for further information.
