The palm tree lined poolside area provides a great gathering spot and outdoor relaxation center, with tables and chairs for outdoor dining or lounging, an extra large swimming pool perfect for lap swimming or sunbathing, a built-in gas grill, and lush landscaping to complement the mountain views and palm trees. The grounds offer a full third of an acre of walled and gated privacy with two lush green lawn areas for croquet and yard games, and well as a private citrus orchard providing fresh grapefruit, oranges and lemons in season for guests to enjoy.
