Things To Do: We are centrally located so that visitors can keep busy all year round. There is golf, hiking, biking, and all other summer activities. Skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and all other winter activities. L L Bean, Conway shopping outlets in New Hampshire, and the Portland waterfront are about one hour away. Great mineral mines are open to the public.
Historic Inn On Property: King's Hill Inn is a historic B & B with beautiful views and extensive perennial gardens. We have many weddings and gatherings on the 25 acres. The Inn has 6 rooms and is famous for its 7 course breakfast. Peace and quiet are constant and the over 100 year old post and beam barn is interesting to tour. This property is an ideal get-away location for any occasion. Historic Inn with six rooms available for overflow or events such as weddings, reunions, special events and optional breakfasts.
The Rental House: The house is a newer home with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room and large kitchen/dining area. There are two decks and a garage. All maintenance and plowing/mowing is included. All appliances are newer and cable TV is provided. All linens, utensils, dishes, washer/dryer, and microwave are included.
