Ellijay Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

$120 per night, minimum 2 night rental.
PayPal to kabraddy@bellsouth.net, money order or certified check payments accepted. An advanced deposit if $120 is required to secure the reservation. The advanced deposit will be applied toward the rental. The balance of rent is due fourteen days prior to the arrival date.
A damage deposit of $150 is required at the same time the balance of rent is due, fourteen days before the arrival date. The deposit is not applied towards rent; however it is fully refundable within fourteen days of departure, provided the 'No Damage' provisions are met. See the contract for details.
Pets are permitted with a $50 pet deposit.
If renting for less than 2 nights add $40 cleaning fee.

Guest Book: We had a lovely time, it was wonderful, peaceful, and quiet. Just the relaxing we needed. One trip to the Apple Festival - the rest of the time hiking the trails.
