The upper terrace is an ideal spot to watch whales and dolphins swim by. This terrace has a BBQ, lounge chairs, 2 umbrellas, large awning, dining table and chairs, and the view over the beach and ocean is just spectacular. The condo is 2000 square feet, has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, living room and dining room area with fireplace, electric shutters in all windows, TV sets in every bedroom and living room, DVD players and VCR. Floors are white Italian porcelain and high quality rugs. The master bedroom and one guest bedroom open directly into the terrace. High quality and extremely comfortable mattresses, bathrooms with shower and tubs, vanity mirrors floor to ceiling. Third bedroom is located upstairs in the loft. Large cedar closets for your clothes.
The kitchen has all amenities, including refrigerator, freezer.
