Boothbay Harbor Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates range from $650 to $1850 per week and minimum stays vary according to demand.
- We are open April 1 to November 3. Rent one or both cottages. Do you need 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms? Rates for the one bedroom cottage range from $650 to $1100 and rates for the two bedroom range from $775 to $1850, depending on the season.The Summer Season runs July 7 through September 8. We require a 7 night stay during these weeks. Other times of the year we only require a 3-4 night minimum stay. We want you to relax so all linens, towels and household supplies are included. Only a $100-125 housekeeping fee.We welcome multiple pets and there is only a $125 pet fee. No reservation fee. NO HIDDEN FEES. Specials start in April for hikers and paddlers. Always offer 5% Discount to those in the Military and Educators. Thank you!
- Boothbay Cottages is available as a 3 bedroom cottage (5% discount) or as a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom cottage. We are very flexible in the spring and fall when we do not require 7 day stays and offer as much as 35% off our rates! Military and educators always get a 5% discount as our way to say thank you!
We also offer 5% off if a cottage is rented for two consecutive weeks.

- Each bedroom has abundant closet and dresser space as well as a private bathroom. Windows offer lots of daylight and ensure good night time breezes. There is a pull out couch and a futon sofa in the living room which make up the additional sleeping. The twin beds convert into a king.
