Right on the beach at Punta Cancun, in the hotel zone near the convention center and right next to the clubs, address is 9 Km Kukulcan Blvd.
Many views of the beach condos. We are right on the beach with private access to the beach and next to The Forum shopping center with Coco Bongos, the Hard Rock Cafe, Chilis, Carlos and Charlie's, across from Dadios and the Coral Negra Market.

PH3.A AND PH3.B have Caribbean facing balconies to sit and enjoy the morning sunrises and evening sunsets off the living area and bedroom of the lower level.

We have a nice beautiful pool with grassy areas surrounding it, a palapa with food service, and a section for our children guests.
This is our patio next to the beach just outside our lobby for easy beach access, and also Rosie has a massage room next to the patio for private massages. There are hammocks here also for enjoying the ocean breezes and relaxing.
If you like to wake up early then you can catch the sun rising through the water from the balcony.
When you are arriving just inform the airport shuttle driver you are coming to these condos and they will bring you to our secure front gate which has guards 24 hours per day, for check in you will have a guest receptionist at the main lobby 24 hours a day and receive a security bracelet for each person. You can have guests in the condo up to the maximum for each unit which is 7 persons.
You will be greeted at the lobby 24 hours a day by the reception staff who will provide you with a security bracelet and the keys which can be left here when you come and go for each guests use, and there is towel service for the beach, wifi sign up, safe deposit boxes for the rooms, and 20 liter bottles of water for the dispenser in the units.
There are two elevators to access the condos on the 9th floor in the lobby, leaving easy access to the beach, the pool, and the nearby outside restaurants, with Señor Frogs and Carlos and Charlie's very close by.
The inviting beaches and lovely water temperatures year round make for relaxing and enjoyable days and evenings.
