Right on the beach at Punta Cancun, in the hotel zone near the convention center and right next to the clubs, address is 9 Km Kukulcan Blvd.
Many views of the beach condos. We are right on the beach with private access to the beach and next to The Forum shopping center with Coco Bongos, the Hard Rock Cafe, Chilis, Carlos and Charlie's, across from Dadios and the Coral Negra Market.

PH3.A has secluded upstairs roof top Caribbean viewing and sunning off the bedroom which has two queen beds.
PH3.A AND PH3.B have Caribbean facing balconies to sit and enjoy the morning sunrises and evening sunsets off the living area and bedroom of the lower level.
Balcony views from both penthouse condos showing the beautiful beach which you have direct access to from the lobby.
We have a nice beautiful pool with grassy areas surrounding it, a palapa with food service, and a section for our children guests.
This is our patio next to the beach just outside our lobby for easy beach access, and also Rosie has a massage room next to the patio for private massages. There are hammocks here also for enjoying the ocean breezes and relaxing.
There are two elevators to access the condos on the 9th floor in the lobby, leaving easy access to the beach, the pool, and the nearby outside restaurants, with Señor Frogs and Carlos and Charlie's very close by.
The inviting beaches and lovely water temperatures year round make for relaxing and enjoyable days and evenings.
