Bright, open-spaced second floor has living and dining areas, queen sleeper sofa, fully-equipped kitchen, closet with washer and dryer, and deck that overlooks pool. Third floor has 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom has queen bed, private full bath, and deck. Other rooms have queen bed, and a trundle bed for either 2 twins or a king. Also included: large-screen TV, cable TV in each room, wireless internet, two car garage with remote. Owner provides pillows and blankets, renter brings sheets and towels. Perfect home for large families. Limited to families and groups over age 25. Non-smoking, and No pets.
