About our properties: We pride ourselves in offering a good value for your vacation so that you can leave home with no worries. Our condos are inspected monthly and have an extensive yearly review. These properties are painted and updated often insuring that you, as a traveler, can leave home confident that you will be staying in a clean, well cared for condo. Our guests rebook with us every year and refer their family and friends. We offer you a $25.00 gift certificate when you rebook with us and make a referral that results in a successful stay. E-mail us and we will be glad to refer you to our website offering you extensive pictures of both units.
About Us: THE OWNERS: No concerns here. We are retired educators. Marie [57 years old] was a middle school and high school counselor, and Stan [63 years old] was head of the Humanities Department at the local college. We come from very different backgrounds: a farm girl from Ohio and a city boy reared in the cultural center of Boston. Retiring on the Outer Banks near our two grown children and three small grandchildren, we have lived and worked for 30 years in North Carolina. We love to spend quality time with our family, engulf ourselves in the beauty of nature, lose ourselves reading a good novel, and attend classical music concerts or the theater. We will be glad to provide references upon request.
