- The wonderfully grand king bathrooms feature travertine marble floors ,double marble washbasins, jacuzzi tubs and separate showers. On the first floor the queen bedroom and the twin bedroom are adjoined by a large marble tiled floored bathroom with double marble washbasins and shower leading out to the pool. The guest bathroom is off the living room and another bathroom is off the kitchen with its own door leading to the outside. Perfect for coming in off the beach. Plenty of imported towels are provided including beach towels.

- The king master suites are identical and luxurious. One master suite includes a Cal king bed, the other a King. Home is fitted with imported quality plush pillow top mattresses and 450-600 thread count sheets. The masters are on the 2nd floor each with its own large balcony looking over the pool and garden with beautiful views of the Hacienda. There are large walk in closets with built in drawers and a safe in each master. The study holds two more beds convertible to a king and downstairs features the Queen and double Twin rooms convertible to a King room as well. The Queen bedroom leads out onto the pool and patio with its own private entrance. Both bedrooms have an adjoining bathroom. Beds from study can be placed in the Queen and King rooms if necessary as the masters are extremely large and perfect to accommodate more beds. Bedrooms accommodate up to 10 people max. There is a full website description of this wonderful exclusive resort offering 6 secluded beaches along 3 miles of beautiful shoreline, some of the best surf breaks in Costa Rica, a riding facility offering lessons and riding on the beach and throughout the ranch into the tropical forests to see the Howler monkeys, world class 18 hole golf course leading to the beach, tennis facilities with lessons at a small charge , bird watching on this wildlife nature reserve refuge, and a fresh fish, salad and pizza restaurant on the beach within walking distance on Playa Avellanas. The JW Marriott is 3 minutes away has every kind of service to guests of Hacienda Pinilla. The Posada del Sol hotel 5 minutes away offers excellent dining all day and evening at great prices and arranges tours and massages on site. The Golf club restaurant offers sandwiches and salads and is open at night on weekends too. There is a BEACH CLUB opening August 1st 2009 which will be available at no charge for guests of Hacienda Pinilla. There is a wonderul masseuse who can visit the house at a very reasonable rate of $ 45-$50 per hour. Ask our English speaking concierge. Cook is available at $40 per day.
The JW Marriott is opening Dec 1st , 2008 offering access to the facilities to guests and owners of Hacienda Pinilla. A beach club is under construction at Avellanas Beach and due to open shortly. The house comes equipped with security safes in the master closets, and a master key Lock with code for late coming guests or for access to the house when there are many guests at the house and not all want to carry a key. TWIN rooms are convertible to King beds if there are couples, so the house sleeps 5 couples in private rooms with 4 kings and 1 queen. A daily English speaking concierge is available to provide you with groceries for a small charge in advance of your stay, tours and many other amenities such as massage at the house, surf instructors, cook , and daily maid service separate from the 3 included, Linens will be washed once a week and towels 1x during your stay at no extra charge. Beach towels are included but advisable to bring an extra for your own use.
