Relax: You will have plenty of room with 4 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, a sun room, a library, a living room and 2800 square feet of living space. The living room has a gas fireplace, satellite TV with DVD player, VHS, an ipod docking station and game table. The master bedroom also has a satellite TV, DVD player and VHS player and 2 walk-in closets. The library is fully stocked with movies and books for adults and kids. Soak up the views from most of the rooms, enjoy the patio with a fire pit, adirondack chairs and patio table and chairs. Relax in the hammock, fish from the 300 foot private pier, drop in a couple of crab pots or launch your own boat from the nearby ramp. Take a bike ride on the 2 adult bikes provided, or explore the creeks in the 2 kayaks, then play badminton or croquet or maybe a board game.
Kick it up a notch: If you want to kick it up a notch there is plenty to do in the surrounding area including beaches (VA Beach, Cape Charles and Assateague), shopping, dining, golf, antiquing, nature preserves, quaint towns to visit, excursions to Smith Island, sunset cruises, the list goes on.... The Virginia Eastern Shore is a very special and unique ares. There is lots of agriculture and it is a very art inspired area. There are festivals to enjoy, historic theaters, nature excursions, ferry rides, waterfront dining, marinas and lots of fresh seafood everywhere. If you love the water this is the place for you.
