Sea Isle City Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Peak Season. . . .June 23 hrough September 8. . . $2850/week
- Weekend rentals are available only outside of peak season. Rate is $300 per night.
Off-season weekly rates range from $1200-2500/week.
Rental period is Saturday to Saturday
Check-in is 2:00pm and Check-out 10:00am
$250 deposit holds your dates and becomes your refundable security deposit.
Half of rental fee is due within 30 days of signing contract.
Balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
Family Rentals ONLY, Please - No Senior Week, After-Prom or Groups.
Must be at least 21 years old. - $2850 per week peak season

There is one flight of stairs to enter the condo, but once inside, no more stair climbing is necessary for those sleeping in Bedrooms 3 and 4. This is an ideal set-up for older or infirm guests. (Bedrooms #1 and #2 are located on a split-level; just 4 steps down from the main living area.)
