This house was recently built in 2006, and features five bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Two of these rooms are master suites, which can ensure that one, two, or even three families can enjoy their stay. Bella Villa is located in the brand new 'resort community' called Aviana. Aviana just recently completed a large clubhouse which features a sand volleyball court and a putting green. POOL - Bella Villa offers a beautiful 'western facing' private pool and spa overlooking a lake and conservation area. Not only can you enjoy the full afternoon sun, but have no one behind you. A security fence is in place and the pool can be heated in the winter months for an additional charge. GAME ROOM - Right in the home, there is a game room with Foosball and Ping Pong tables, as well as an electronic dart machine. There are also many board games, which can allow your family to have as much fun at Bella Villa as at the amusement parks.
