Lovely 3 story home with private guest house and private pool located in scenic Crystal Beach Area. Just a short 3 minute walk to the Crystal Beach Access. Newly renovated house with new paint, oak floors and updated granite and stainless steel kitchen. First floor living area has ample seating for your group, a lovely dining area as well as a pool table for movie and game night. This floor a has two guest rooms with large guest bathroom. Second floor newly renovated master suite with large contemporary Japanese master bathroom with large private porch. Large walk in closet converted to intimate bunk room for the little ones. The 3rd floor guest room has large queen with a lower trundle and a single bunk single above sleeps 5, great for the kids. A guest house with small kitchen, seating area, with sleeper sofa and a queen bedroom for those who want privacy from the group and quite atmosphere. Guest house is also pet friendly with fenced back yard and dogie door!
