Dad loves the big screen TV in the living room; kids love the large backyard & pool, completely fenced in. You'll love the shade from the palm trees while nestled in a lounge chair watching the kids & reading that book you promised yourself. Royal Palm is a beautifully decorated and appointed 3 bedroom 3 bath home, fully equipped kitchen, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and open to the living room. The home is less than a block from the beach (300 ft) and boasts a view of the Gulf. Backyard is completely fenced in with a six ft privacy fence, safe for the kids and pets, and very private. The in-ground pool is 13 ft X 26 ft and is great for large family gatherings. This squeaky clean upscale, home, with private pool, pet & family friendly is an ideal vacation home. You’ll feel like Royalty at the “Royal Palm”.
