The third bedroom has two twin beds: converts to a King bed and is air conditioned. The fourth bedroom has a twin bed and is air conditioned. The family room has a twin size Sealy sleeper love seat couch and a queen size Sealy couch that is very comfortable and the room is naturally air conditioned.
