- Reasonable Rates - Off Season Specials Available
- To avoid any misunderstanding, guests will be charged for the number of days reserved. A deposit of half of the total amount is required. Balance is due at check in. Refunds are not given for any cancellation within the 45 days prior to arrival date. Rerfunds or discounts are not given due to to early departures, late arrivals, accidents or inclement weather, poor fishing or hunting, or situations beyond our control.
Refunds can be given if cancellation is received prior to 45 days of the reserved arrival dates. A cancellation fee totaling 18% will be deducted.
In the event of an emergency reservations can be rescheduled to any available date by placing a second deposit for the new reservation. The original deposit will be held until the vacancy is refilled, at which trime the first deposit, less 18%, will be refunded or subtractedfrom the check in balance for the second reservation. - We have additional cottages available - please contact us!
The Availability Calendar shows dates that the resort is completely full. Open dates may be for one or more of the cabins, and the Main Lodge may not be available, but please do inquire!

The White River: Amidst the natural beauty of the Ozark Mountains, Bull Shoals-White River State Park stretches along the riverside and lake-shore where the White River and Bull Shoals Lake join at the Bull Shoals dam. Together these waters form one of the nation’s finest fishing and boating combinations. The White River is renowned as mid-America’s premier trout stream, famous for its record rainbow and brown trout. Bull Shoals dam forms Bull Shoals Lake, Arkansas’s largest lake with 45,440 acres of waters stretching along Arkansas's northern border and into southern Missouri. Anglers are drawn to the lake's catches of lunker bass, catfish, crappie and bream. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy boating and swimming in these clear open waters.
Bull Shoals Lake: Bull Shoals Lake is a water sports paradise for pure enjoyment. The clean waters attract fishermen, scuba divers, boaters, and swimmers during the long warm-weather season of north central Arkansas. With plenty of room for all, Bull Shoals Lake covers between 50,000 and 70,000 acres, depending upon the lake level. A hydroelectric dam at the town of Bull Shoals regulates the lake level.
