Bull Shoals Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Reasonable Rates - Off Season Specials Available
- To avoid any misunderstanding, guests will be charged for the number of days reserved. A deposit of half of the total amount is required to reserve. Balance is due at check in. Refunds are not given for any cancellation within the 45 days prior to arrival date including reservations made within the 45 days. Refunds or discounts are not given due to to early departures, late arrivals, sickness, accidents or inclement weather, poor fishing or hunting, or situations beyond our control. Please allow 30 days for a refunds.
Refunds can be given if cancellation is received prior to 45 days of the reserved arrival dates. A cancellation fee totaling 8% is retained.
In the event of an emergency reservations can be rescheduled to any available date by placing a second deposit for the new reservation. The original deposit will be held until the vacancy is refilled, at which time the first deposit, less 8%, will be refunded or subtracted from the check in balance. - We have 6 additional 2 BDrm cottages available - Great Fall and Winter Prices - Best on the Lake. Only $75 from Sept 16 thru Nov 15th. Winter Rates are a incredibly low $65 per night, two night minimum. Single night stay by walk in only, based on availability.
The Availability Calendar shows dates that all seven cabins including the Main Lodge are completely full.
Open dates that you see on our Calendar may be for one or more of our six 2 Bdrm cabins.
The 3 BDrm Main Lodge featured here at Homeaway.Com may not be available, but please do inquire about our other 6 family vacation cabins, small but comfortable and clean. Recently refurnished with brand new fold out sofas, linens and bedding.
