The home itself has 3 bedrooms w/ new pillow top mattresses, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, comfy living room, spacious deck and a laundry room. Only 2 blocks from the beach and close to everything! Golf cart rentals are available nearby. THE FISHING PIER AND RESTAURANT which has live seasonal entertainment is 1/4 mile down the beach. Other activities may include fishing, golfing, deep sea fishing, swimming, beach walking, sea shell collecting, biking, golf cart riding, parasailing, shopping, live theatre and much more! Pets are fine with pre-approval.

This beach home is located in Garden City Beach (a community of beach homes and vacation cottages; truly charming). It is close to Murrells Inlet where the best seafood is found and only 15 to 20 minutes away from the Hard Rock Theme Park and Shopping Outlets. Just south is the Atalaya Castle where daily tours are given in Litchfield Beach. The Wacatee Zoo is only 10 minutes away in Socastee and showcases a wide array of exotic animals. The Ripley's Aquarium is only minutes away in Myrtle Beach. We feel that once you've stayed in our comfortable vacation home, you'll never stay in a condo or hotel again!
