A memorable vacation awaits families at this ideal location - a quiet new development only only one block off the bay and two streets to the ocean. Perfect street for kids to ride bikes and to walk due to low car traffic. Walk to the end of the block to fish, crab and enjoy incredible sunsets on the bay. Our 2,300 square foot home offers an open layout incorporating a large kitchen with center island, an eating area as well as the main living room with gas fireplace. Enjoy the sunroom off the kitchen for great sunlight and privacy with French doors. Enjoy views from one of three decks. Large covered deck off the main living floor offers cool breezes and shade from the sun - a perfect spot for out door eating as well as relaxing. Second story deck off of the bedrooms offers an excellent place to sunbathe in private. Rooftop deck offers ocean and bay views. 8 Person hot tub and walk to stores.

Large outside hot shower is a enjoyable experience in itself. As an added bonus at the end of the street there is a supermarket, movie theater, and fabulous ice cream parlor - all this convenience within walking distance of this wonderful home.
