Phoenix House Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Super Bowl week: $695/night (4 night minimum) - $250/night each add'l night - $500 security dep
  • All rentals require a $250 refundable security deposit. Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of departure after verification of damage/loss. There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $95. One half the total amount due is required to confirm the reservation. The remainder is due 15 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will receive no refund, unless that same time period can be re-booked. Rental rates include all local occupancy taxes. Payments are to be made via PayPal - a secured Internet method for credit card payment.
