At time of booking, the $200 security deposit is due.
Half the balance is due 60 days in advance of your stay with the remainder due 14 days in advance of your stay. - We understand that sometimes in planning vacations issues may come up and you have to cancel. Cancellations occurring 60 days before reservations will have no penalty. Cancellations or a shortened stay may incur a penalty but we will work with you. If we can rent out your dates or partially rent them out you will be refunded accordingly.
