Twin Mountain House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $225/night with 2 night minimum or $1200/week. 9% NH rental tax applies.
A $200 security deposit is also required. It is refundable after your stay once the house is checked for damage and cleanliness.
At time of booking, the $200 security deposit is due. Half the balance is due 60 days in advance of your stay with the remainder due 14 days in advance of your stay. - We do not boost our rates for holidays, etc. like other places. We try our best to be reasonable and would like to have you back again and again.
We also understand that sometimes in planning vacations issues may come up and you have to cancel. Cancellations occurring 60 days before reservations will no penalty. Cancellations or a shortened stay may incur a penalty but we will work with you. If we can rent out your dates or partially rent them out you will be refunded accordingly.

Twin Mountain House Details
Working With You to Make Your Stay Stress Free: We are currently working with Franconia Sports Shop for discount ski tickets to Bretton Woods. They will also rent skis, snowboards, snowshoes, mountain bikes, etc. and drop them off at the house for your use. We are also working with Outback Kayak and have coupons for discounted snowmobile rentals. They too have said they would work with us to drop off snowmobiles or kayaks depending on the season. We're working together to make your stay as stress free as possible.
