Extras: We have High Speed Wireless Internet, Cable TV and also allow well trained well behaved dogs in our home. Including large dogs. We have an ample supply of board games, books and videos.
Our Unique Area: Little Black Lake is a precious inland lake. Unlike many West Michigan lakes it is nearly undeveloped. There are only a handful of homes on the entire lake. Therefore, it is an excellent lake for kayaking, canoeing or fishing. It is not unusual to catch 5# Bass, 10 inch Bluegills or large Northern Pike. I should also mention that we do not recommend Little Black Lake for swimming. Although the water quality has been tested and it is one of the cleanest lakes around, it also is a shallow weedy lake and most parts have a muddy bottom. For swimming, we recommend Lake Michigan. You can walk there from our home. It takes about 20 minutes but I assure you if you take the hike, you'll feel like you've found paradise.
Other Activities: Lake Michigan and it's beautiful beaches and piers are a must see! You may also want to check out Michigan Adventure & Craig's cruisers
