This studio is available for either monthly rentals or a seasonal rental for the 2008 summer season: If a monthly rental period is desired, the rental dates are July 1 - 31, August 1 - 31. Rental periods from January 1 - June 30 and September 1 - December 31 are negotiable based on availability.

Rental Periods: This studio is available for either monthly rentals or a seasonal rental for the 2008 summer season: If a full seasonal rental is desired, the rental dates are roughly May 15 - September 15 (the exact dates are negotiable). If a monthly rental period is desired, the rental dates are May 1 - 31, June 1 - 30, July 1 - 31, August 1 - 31 and September 1 - 30. Rental periods from January 1 - May 1 and October 1 - December 31 are negotiable based on availability.
