Provincetown House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Check in is 2:00 pm on Saturdays; Check out is 10:00 am Saturdays
- Signed lease and deposit will constitute successful booking. Lease contract will be provided. $750 security deposit. ($550 is returned upon inspection of house, $200 is for cleaning). 50% of rental due upon booking. Final 50% due 30 days prior to arrival. $100 pet deposit .
- Trash must be properly bagged and left outside in designated area for pick-up upon departure. Keys must be mailed back to owner.
