Beach and gulf view townhouse recently completely renovated and updated. Brand new kitchen with upgraded features. Beautiful Gulf of Mexico, sugar white sands and crystal clear water. Near Naval Air Museum featuring Blue Angels, Outlets and boutique shopping in Destin about 1 hour away. Brand new flat screen TV in den. Features many kid/baby items including high chair, baby swing, bounce seat, pack and play, kid's play table and portable baby sun shade. 1 car park-in garage with 2nd fridge. Beach towels, toys and chairs provided. Has 2 kids bikes, a big wheel and 1 scooter. No land line phone, cell phone service only so be sure to bring your cell! The island has 8 miles of paved running or biking paths. You can watch the kids playing in the pool from the back deck while sipping your mojito. Many beautiful mallard ducks and two swans living outside your back door. Family friendly dining options available nearby as well as places for a night out without the kids.
Large extended deck features seating for 6 plus you can add more folding chairs. There is a charcoal grill and a wooden baby/security gate at the top of the deck stairs for peace of mind and safety. There is a bonus room/4th bedroom that is great for kids to hang out in with a TV, DVD/VCR, PlayStation 2 with 30+ games and a day bed. The kids can watch a movie or play video games while the adults enjoy dinner/drinks in the living room. Two private pools on site. One is a brand new pool which was opened in August of 2008 that includes a waterfall decoration and an infinity edge. It's very large and well designed for additional options for sun-n-fun. Enclosed garage parking available with electric garage door opener. A shower is just outside the garage door for washing sand off and cleaning your shells.
