Cayman Conch Quest is a beautiful oceanfront condo in the much-desired district of Rum Point/Cayman Kai.
Situated just 75 feet from the ocean, here you will find some of the best snorkeling and scuba diving on the island. Our first-floor condo features breathtaking ocean views of the Caribbean Sea throughout the condo. The condo's back door opens off of the screened-in lanai onto a private deck that sits in the sand, where you can enjoy the natural white, sandy semiprivate beach and ocean breezes. Features include new appliances, including washer and dryer. New bedroom and lanai furniture. Cable TV with premium channels, DVD player and CD Stereo are located in the living room entertainment center. There is also a TV and DVD player in the master bedroom for watching your favorite DVD in the comfort of your bed. Internet access is included for your use. Central air conditioning will keep you comfortable throughout your stay. There are ceiling fans in each room as well as in the lanai.

We are located in the Northside District which includes Cayman Kai nd Rum Point. The local area is residential with many multi-million dollar homes that you will see as you take a quiet walk on the beach or snorkel in waist deep, clear blue water. There are times when there isn't another soul in sight. It's the ideal location if one is looking for a quiet, restful vacation. Reading a good book poolside or down on the white, sandy beach is a great way to put the stress of everyday life out of your mind for a few blissful days. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean gently washing up on the beach that is just outside your back door is an experience that is not to be missed.

- There is a new Superior plush West Coast King mattress in the master bedroom. An entertainment center has a TV with DVD player for watching those favorite movies before falling asleep after aa busy day of relaxing. Waking up is not a problem with the option of letting the sound of the ocean gently nudge one awake or using the CD/Clock/Radio to welcome in the new day. The private en-suite master bathroom has a large tiled tub and shower. The guest bedroom contains two twin mattresses can be converted easily, upon request, into a king-size bed. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with over-sized shower, with a second door that also opens up into the living room. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open onto the lanai. Additional sleeping accommodations include a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
